一直都很沉醉在Brit-POP的旋律裡頭，溫柔又憂傷的氣味，卻又迷幻，

但我並不研究這些樂團的之間的差異，我只聽能紓緩心靈的旋律，
也從不對這些樂團歷史、專輯，甚至歌名如數家珍。

最早認識英搖是因為Sinfan介紹了Oasis的幾首經典曲給我，
像是Wonderwall、Stop crying your heart out、Don't look back in anger等幾首，
此後才真正認識這類的曲風，卻運氣很好的，遇上Oasis唯一一次來台演唱會的機會，
去聽了現場，心情激動不已，當時只覺得英搖簡直是心靈的救贖！

雪警樂團中文介紹

雪警樂團一樣被歸屬在英搖裡頭，但比起老樂團說不上少了哪一味，
Snow Patrol這個名字在台灣曾經跟在他們的家鄉英國一樣冷門，
除了特定樂迷之外，很難會有誰對他們的未來寄予期待。
直到2003年，一首頗有Coldplay氣味的感傷單曲《Run》躍進全英第五，
並創造 Snow Patrol 史無前例的兩百萬張銷售紀錄，他們的聲音才讓更多人認識。
